As our industry continues to grow, so do we. We are now looking for another Tender Manager to join our talented Commercial Team.

Who are we looking for, and what will you do?

We are looking for a talented and structured Tender Manager, who will support the execution and administration of tenders according to client requirements and timelines. You will prepare tender pricing, including risk analysis, while keeping the tender process on track and report the progress continuously. You will follow up with clients after tender submissions, participate in negotiations, and support the hand-over of contracts to the Project Department. Always staying up to date with the latest industry news and support the team with market entry research and analysis, will be a crucial part of your function. You will support the development of contract pipeline and bid status reports for Cadeler C-Suite and Directors. Preparing presentations for the management team as well as attending sales exhibitions and seminars together with your team will also be an essential part of the job. You will be part of a skillful and ambitious team with a lot of positive energy and team spirit.

We are happy to see many of the following skills and achievements:

  • Structured and well organised, with good time management
  • Diplomatic approach in coordinating with other departments
  • A proven academic level of achievement (bachelor’s degree or higher)
  • Preferably a minimum of two years' relevant industry experience, including exposure to commercial topics
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of marine operations, in particular jack-up operations, is an advantage
  • Proficiency in languages other than English is also an advantage
  • Competency in standard Microsoft IT Packages
  • Familiarity with either technical, cost-estimating or risk-estimating software would be excellent
