Who are we looking for, and what will you do?

We are looking for well-organized and service minded professional to become a part of our newly established team. You will be working closely with our Chief People and Culture Officer and play a crucial role in building a professional HR setup. You will be responsible for people operations and provide administrative support to our employees across the different departments and work with a diverse workforce.  

Responsibilities will include:

  • Employee life cycle support, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between
  • People process development and optimization
  • Prepare contracts, legal paperwork, and formalized documents
  • Maintain optimization of workflows, system changes, processes, and policies
  • Global mobility
  • Responsible for monthly payroll processing
  • Support annual salary adjustment and bonus processes
  • Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff
  • Support the recruitment processes
  • Employee announcements and staff communication   
  • Right hand to Chief People & Culture Officer

To be a success in this role, it will be very important to have a high attention to detail and acurac and that you can follow-through and ensure that tasks are completed in accordance with quality standards. Below is listed other qualifications that we will be looking for in a new colleague for the People and Culture Team:

  • Solid experience working with HR operations, ideally from an international environment
  • Relevant educational background
  • Experience with HR law & contract management
  • Hands-on experience with the payroll cycle
  • Experience with global mobility
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications
  • Proficient English in speech and writing
