Who are we looking for, and what will you do?

We are looking for an experienced and people-driven business partner to drive an ambitious recruitment and talent agenda. You will be working closely with our Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) and play a crucial role in building up a professional organisation where talent is extremely important to the future of our company.  

This partner position is a key role in our new setup, and you will be responsible for recruitment, talent, and development activities in an international and diverse organisation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with CPCO and functional leaders on the implementation of people strategy and processes
  • Building strong relationships with functional leaders and employees
  • Lead recruitment projects from A-Z
  • Drive employee development, satisfaction and wellbeing initiatives  
  • Drive or support the delivery of all annual HR Cycle activities for a function, including annual performance management, compensation, succession planning and talent development
  • Delivering workshops and presentations for leadership teams on different HR topics
  • Project Management on projects related to people & culture
  • Lead and involve in cultural, social and team building events

Below is also listed other qualifications that we will be looking for in a new colleague for the People and Culture Team.

  • A demonstrated passion for business partnering and for driving a great employee experience and talent management
  • Solid experience as an HR generalist and in HR wheel activities in a corporate environment: Performance management processes, Salary review processes, Employee engagement processes, Talent review processes
  • Great change management, facilitation, and coaching skills
  • Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, recruitment tools and HR systems
  • Relevant educational background
  • Proficient in English, both in speech and writing  
  • Experience from offshore wind industry or support to equivalent technical organisation is an advantage
