This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced profile to join our new project organisation and handle complex projects within the Foundation Transport and Installation segment.

The Foundation Package Manager is responsible for the preparation, planning and execution of vessel mobilisation which usually includes the readiness of foundation seafastening, and mission critical equipment.

Responsibilities and opportunities for this role will also include:

  • Preparation of Cadeler´s first F-Class vessel for major foundation T&I jobs
  • Design, fabrication, delivery and mobilisation of all required heavy lifting tools
  • Delivery of vessel as per project requirements, safely on time and within budget
  • Leading project team to deliver the work scope within a larger T&I contract
  • Planning and coordination of client and subcontractor interfaces together with the project engineering team
  • Building connections across different departments and stakeholders to achieve company goals
  • Engaging in Safety Leadership of the project including implementation and execution of all relevant HSEQ initiatives
  • Managing and representing Cadeler towards clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies: 

  • A strong technical background and perseverance in delivering projects at high standards
  • 5+ years’ experience as project manager in offshore wind installation or from the oil and gas industry
  • A relevant bachelor or master’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or maritime engineering
  • Ability to lead project team with diverse backgrounds such as Engineering, HSEQ, information management specialisation and contract management
  • Ability to coordinate with a broad range of employees and roles within the general Foundation team
  • Previous experience with HSEQ is an advantage but not a requirement
