What we can offer

As Cadeler enters a new business area within Foundation Transport & Installation, it is vital to have key employees managing the various stakeholders and leading the sales processes. We are therefore looking for a Senior Tender Manager to work with the Foundations T&I Sales team to plan and execute project sales from pre-qualification until contract signature.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Single point of contact for clients, responsible for the interface management during the various phases of the sales process
  • Review ITT documentation and reconfirm plan and strategy
  • Prepare and be accountable for the delivery of the proposal, including associated pricing, program, qualifications/deviations, and other documents
  • Coordinating with various internal departments throughout the tender process
  • Lead meetings with Clients during clarifications rounds, follow-up on actions and negotiate final contract
  • Responsible for the hand-over process and presentation to the project team once the contract is signed
  • Support the team with development of new client relationships and markets globally
  • Coaching and mentoring of other team members

We are looking for a managing and collaborative profile. You enjoy interface management of all phases of the sales process, and you are comfortable taking lead on sales projects. You are structured and well organised with good time management skills.

We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies:

  • BSc or MSc degree in engineering or commercial disciplines
  • 10+ years’ experience in EPCI or T&I offshore wind or oil and gas roles
  • 5+ years’ experience in a commercially related role
  • Experience with contract negotiation
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are structured and well organised with financial and strategic business understanding
  • Strong time management skills and awareness of industry and competition dynamics
  • Competent in standard Microsoft IT Packages, SharePoint, Teams
