As our industry continues to grow, so do we! We are now looking for an Executive Assistant to help support our Senior Management Team (SMT) in all aspects of their daily work – in cooperation with our current Executive Assistant & Facility Manager.


What will you do?

As our new Executive Assistant, you will provide stellar administrative support to our SMT, and you will play a crucial role in optimising their time and resources, allowing them to focus on driving Cadeler’s mission forward.

In collaboration with the Executive Assistant & Facility Manager, your main tasks include:

  • Coordinating SMT meetings, incl. preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, supporting documents, and MoM
  • Ensuring appropriate follow-up to SMT regarding time-sensitive and priority issues
  • Supporting the preparation and execution of Board Meetings & Audit Committee Meetings
  • Planning of SMT off-sites and other events
  • Pre-approval of invoices in procurement system
  • Administration of company cars for the SMT
  • Organising and maintaining files and records within relevant fields

You have excellent time management skills and can independently prioritize your tasks and make decisions accordingly. You work well in an environment with limited guidance and can maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a senior executive team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in e.g., Business administration is preferred.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Danish, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience with assisting a Board of Directors is an advantage.
  • Prior experience from a publicly listed, international company is an advantage.
