What will you do?

As our new Senior Brand & Visual Communications Partner, you will play a central role in shaping Cadeler’s visual identity within a fast-growing company driving innovation in offshore wind farm construction. In this key role, you will oversee the management and evolution of our visual brand, ensuring it reflects our bold ambitions and growing global presence.

Your main tasks include:

• Working closely with the Head of Communications & Marketing to ensure the visual brand complements the overall brand narrative and strategy.
• Leading the management and evolution of Cadeler’s visual brand identity by managing and evolving visual guidelines, including logos, color palettes, typography, and design templates.
• Acting as the brand ambassador and resource for stakeholders, educating internal teams and partners on brand guidelines, use of tools and standards.
• Create visually compelling materials for both digital and print, including but not limited to brochures, infographics, flyers, and posters.
• Design and oversee artwork and visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and other internal & external communications content.
• Guide creative projects including video and virtual reality content development in collaboration with external agencies.
• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for exhibition stands.

In addition, you will support a variety of creative activities within the business, such as enhancing the visual appeal of office spaces with visually appealing designs, supporting vessel branding and interior decoration initiatives, assisting with the graphical and layout needs for financial and sustainability reporting, and ensuring consistent branding for vessels and tooling design.

We are looking for a collaborator with excellent communication skills, who has a strong eye and passion for design, layout, and typography, with great attention to detail. We think you will be a good match if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. graphic design, visual communication, branding or arts.
• A proven track record in creative visual communication and visual brand management, as a candidate with equivalent experience in lieu of formal education.
• 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, visual brand management, or visual communications, preferably in the B2B or renewable energy sectors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and related tools) is essential.
• Extensive experience of designing for both print and digital platforms.
• Proven high capacity and exceptional organisational skills to plan and execute multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Fluency in written and oral English.
