Cadeler is a global partner in offshore wind farm construction and maintenance, and we are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and in high demand. As our industry continues to grow, so do we! We are now looking for a Junior Information Management Specialist to be a part of the Information Management department, providing a high standard of data quality and compliance with the Information Management governance.

 

What will you do?

As our new Junior Information Management Specialist, you will be joining a dedicated team where commitment, collaboration, and room for ideas are highly valued. Together we are supporting both departments and projects in managing documentation as well as providing system support.

You will have specific areas of responsibilities, closely supported by the Information Management Specialists in the projects. In this role, you will get the opportunity and support to develop and expand your knowledge within the area of Information Management.

You will play an important role in:

  • Supporting project members in their daily work with documentation.
  • Ensuring document quality in the Cadeler Document Management System (SharePoint) and external systems
  • Providing system support including the use of correct document templates, cover pages and tools.
  • Setting up SharePoint sites for managing internal and external documentation
  • Submitting project deliverables to the Client.
  • Supporting that the Information Management requirements are implemented in projects.

We think you will be a good match if you have the following experience and competencies:

  • Have a Bachelor of Library and Information Science or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint
  • Structured, disciplined and organized with good attention to detail.
  • English fluency, both written and spoken
