We are now looking for a Senior Operational Excellence Manager who is passionate about using digitalization to improve efficiency in a rapidly growing company.

What will you do?

With Cadeler’s fleet growing, we are on a mission to build the right foundation and future-proof our company. As our new Senior Operational Excellence Manager, you will focus on driving digital transformation efforts across the company, with a special focus on identifying and implementing performance monitoring and optimization systems across our fleet and projects. The role will also act as the operational improvement leader and change agent, responsible for driving Cadeler’s ambitions towards increased efficiency and scalability, communicating and embedding a lean way of working.

Your main tasks include:

• Developing, leading and executing a digital strategy to optimize offshore wind installation operations
• Mapping out the data needs across the company and streamline current digital platforms in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Acting as change agent and identify and embed continuous improvement methodologies across vessel operations and support functions.
• Defining KPIS’s/performance metrics, as well as improving monitoring and reporting mechanisms.
• Support progressing the sustainability framework and initiatives by integrating performance and operational efficiency improvements with ESG objectives.
• Conducting training and workshops to build capabilities in continuous improvement methodologies and adopting a Leaner mindset.

We are looking for a strategic and structured profile, who works persistently to achieve business results. Someone with the ability to move from strategy design to strategy execution in an efficient and tactical manner. We are seeking a colleague with great stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive change in both shore-based and vessel operations. We are looking for a strong communicator with great coaching skills who is capable of training and developing colleagues in lean methodologies and working principles.

We think you will be a good match if you:

• +10 years’ experience in digital or business transformation, management consulting, performance leadership or operational excellence.
• Proven track record of successful implementation of large-scale cross-functional performance optimization projects
• Strong understanding of digital strategies, data-based performance optimization and data analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills.
• Expertise in management systems, lean methodologies and change management.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience from the Offshore Wind, Maritime or Energy industry is an advantage.
