What you will do
As our new Corporate Counsel, you will take on an important role in Cadeler’s Legal team, reporting directly to the Head of Legal. You will provide legal guidance across the organization, with a focus on general corporate matters including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate / commercial agreements. You will advise internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, risks and opportunities while gaining exposure to the renewable energy sector.
